Hotel La Perla resides in one of the oldest buildings in the nation, built in 1858 by a wealthy nobleman when cotton production was central to the city’s economy. It stands as one of the few neo-classical architectural gems in the city.
We proudly display classical maps, paintings, and furniture dating back to the 1800s. Our Grand Patio and upper corridors are reserved exclusively for our guests. Parking and concierge services are available on site.
Our hotel features 10 rooms in the original house, 5 in the pool patio, and 8 in the contemporary annex. The building has been meticulously preserved to maintain its original facade, which means room configurations may vary within the same category.
See what guests are saying about La Perla, from its historic charm and central location to the service and atmosphere that make their stay memorable.

Posted on Google Victor ZimaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Stayed for two nights in April 2026. The room was a little small, but everything there I needed; really not a problem. Pool area was nice, fairly quiet most of the time. Location is great, close to the main "touristy" area of town. Big plus for the secured parking lot across the street; so that I did not have to leave the car on the street. Restaurant/bistro was great, very fairly priced as well. Overall definitely a positive experience, would stay here again next time I'm in Leon.Posted on Google Rasheda BurneyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Thank you Ruddy for everything you were AWESOME. After a long traveling day he made check in simple and easy. We even extended our stay for 3 days. Please try the steak and breakfast at this hotel it’s 10/10 I promise.Posted on Google Marc TravellerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A comfortable stay in an historic building. We stayed 3 nights in twin bedded room Verso on the first floor in the historic building. Relatively large room with comfortable beds, good airco and a sitting area on a kind of veranda near the room. The disadvantage that the room has only a small window in the bathroom has the advantage that the room was quiet, no traffic sounds. We liked it as the front side of the hotel faces a one lane street with quite a lot of traffic. Very nice building and a beautiful courtyard. We liked the breakfast served by a very good English speaking and friendly employee very much. The transfer by private car to Granada was well arranged.Posted on Google Marta crespo vilaroTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
